- Fantastic benefits!!!
- Bilingual employees in high demand
- You actually do get to help others in need.

Cons

- Direct Care workers are often treated as lesser employees.
- Direct Care workers are NOT paid appropriately
- Little room for growth in the agency.
- Easy to grow complacent

Advice to ManagementAdvice

The agency celebrates Bosses Day, Nurses Appreciation WEEK, Administrative Assistant's Day, Doctor's Appreciation Day, etc., please do something to recognize your Direct Care Staff.
