I have been working at MIT as an intern (less than an year)

    Pros

Faculty members I worked with were very nice and helpful. The working environment was perfect to lead to good ideas and a good productivity. The infrastructures are amazing.

    Cons

I wasn't paid at all. That's how it works for almost all the visiting students there. But they don't need too, it's a very nice bonus for your resumes so they people come even if they have to pay.
