    Pros

    You can choose to work on your preferred time during the weekdays. People are very friendly and helpful.

    Cons

    Not much advancement in career profile if you are not choosing a career related to management. But it's a valuable experience if you are looking for networking opportunities.

    The students and faculty are very intelligent and a real pleasure to work with.

    Cons

    Administration is very slow and sloppy. Very little respect is given to postdocs.
