Pros

Willing to give you time off for family emergency, proper training for job, provide company truck for supervisors. Good people working in the field.

Cons

its all about senior management when it comes to incentives, bonus's.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Take care of the dedicated workers you have in the field, promote them, there the ones making the company look good by doing a good job for the customer, give them incentives to stay ,

Former Employee - Safety Supervisor in Rockport, IN

    I worked at MPW

    Pros

The general office staff were usually quite pleasing to be around. The employment offer was close to granting all demand pre-hire.

    Cons

Scheduling is very secretive. Salaried employees are extremely taken advantage of. Employee disciplinary actions are decided on a personal basis by the local manager regardless of what SOPs state.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Leadership opportunities should be based on education and experience instead of giving the owners family and friends offices and departments to run.
