Pros – Great Coworkers (younger crowd)
Reasonable Management
OK Salary
Professional Atmosphere
Business Casual Dress code (with jeans allowed and tennis shoes on Friday)
Reasonable Benefits
Cons – Not very many senior employees to learn new things from; many people are within a few years out of college and aren't experienced as mentors.
Training modules are kind of poor.
Advice to Senior Management – Ditch the old software and focus on building something new. Too many problems lie in the existing software that hinder scalability.
