Rewarding the wrong people

ProsThere are some people who truly understand the busy and care about the product and employees.
Flexible hours.

ConsThere are people who are only out for personal gain. They do not care about the employees or the product. The wrong people get reprimanded or let go for the actions of others. There are incompetent people who get ahead. There are extremely competent people who are leaving or are let go because they just get fed up. Hiring many new employees with no experience at all leaves a lot of work for the few remaining employees who know the business.

Advice to Senior ManagementOpen your eyes and see the people who are truly dedicated to this company. Hire some people with experience while hiring the inexperienced. Balance the work force.

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company
