    Pros

MRInetwork is a company franchised by about 1000 branch offices, each of them operates independently, but the cooperate prides excellent training and trainer will also go to individual office to provide customized training. If you are a self-driven, like to social with professionals in a certain field and have good relationship, you have good chance to be success

    Cons

it is basically a sales job, you work and survive on commissions

    Negative Outlook

I have been working at MRINetwork full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

Good recruiting tools to get info or candidates such as LinkedIn Recruiter, CareerBuilder, Monster, Hoovers, Lead411

    Cons

Unrealistic fee expectations. The recruiting world is very competitive and fees are declining due to companies hiring their own inside recruiting teams. Some companies are using a broker to display the job openings and a recruiter must submit candidates through the broker but can't get approval from MRI management. The successful offices are subdivided into sourcers (they find the candidates) and business development managers (they find the company who has the hiring need).

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

modernize your way of doing business, streamline. Your recruiters are spending far too much of their time trying to develop new call lists. The business development recruiters need to be able to generate new call lists, to be nimble. There's too much copying and pasting of information=waste of time

    Doesn't Recommend
    Neutral Outlook
