MRM Worldwide – “You are too talented for MRM Worldwide”

Pros

Lots of projects and great creative co-workers. There are some amazing thinkers who work here in the creative and production departments. The San Francisco Technical team has some really smart developers on board. The SF office is nice and they just created a studio wing where people are really working in a collaborative way.

Cons

This is a very political environment where operational managers more concerned about knowing people above them rather than people that report to them. The place is so big that that there is nothing nimble about it. The only work that is ever done is for Microsoft. The funding for projects is a beast to navigate in order to estimate for a project.

Advice to Senior Management

Listen to the people who report to you. Change the philosophy that all workers have to be 100 percent billable so that projects are more affordable for the clients.
