    I worked at MRO-TEK

    Pros

This is about MRO-TEK R&D. Only reason to work there is you can't get job anywhere. One advantage is it's startup like culture and even many times, you don't have work, you can do and learn things on your own, so, that you can jump to better employers.

    Cons

terrible management, horrible politics, no intention of people to retain good employees, gossipping. Good contributing engineers who add lot of value to team are made to leave company. though the R&D is recently started, it is still in very amateur stage. Most of good people used to work have already left. Products are also rarely successful to make hit in market.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

develop redundancy and competitive leaders in management role in R&D
