    Pros

    There is interesting, thought-provoking work being done for clients in digital, product innovation and social. Employees across all departments/level have opportunities to contribute to the work - very motivating/inspiring. People are collaborative and seem to have a lot of fun together.

    Cons

    The barista line can be slow.

    Keep the innovative culture going; do not let Publicis acquisition rule every decision
