“Good place to start your career.”
Current Employee – been working at MSCI
Pros – Pleasant team, mostly challenging problems.
Cons – Tasks are coming from above. Some people and centers hold on strongly to their fields.
Advice to Senior Management – Workers should be more involved before coming to decisions about their job.
