Pros

People are really nice and helpful. A great amount of exposure to the most widely adopted models and financial derivatives.

Cons

Limited career development opportunities, especially in China.

    MSCI has a value driven culture and a lot of intelligent, motivated individuals who know how to work as a team.

    The explaining of company goals and long term objectives from senior management to employees can improve
