I have been working at MSCI full-time for more than 8 years

    Pros

Dynamic workplace. Some awesome people and culture in certain offices.

    Cons

Too much outsourcing. IT/Tech leadership is laughably bad.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Hire a CIO/CTO so current tech leadership cannot snow senior management about how out of their depth they are.
