    Pros

I have the latitude to run my "desk" however I like.

    Cons

The position is VERY metrics driven. A certain number of calls must be made every day. The quality of calls is unimportant.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Be sure that when you are interviewing new candidates that you describe this as a phone only postion. No outside sales is allowed

    Pros

Great VP over the group, but the structure of the position itself left a lot of people twisting int he wind. Lack of formal training hurt coming just out of high school. The head was a good motivator and teacher of the craft, but little outside of one on one coversations.

    Cons

Draw on commissions. Lack of support.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Keep churnin and burnin
