    Pros

Benefits, flexible working, career opps, networking, modern office (Victoria), connections, accountability, treated like an adult

High expectations often leads to long hours and the expectation that you are always "on"

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

More females at the top of the chain, make it easier for flexible working post-maternity leave, cut back on internal processes and overlap
