I have been working at MTA

ProsIn spite of tough economiy, lay-offs have been limited.

ConsToo many meaningless reports. Information overload. No one seems to know how to ask only the important questions for strategical reasons. They neeed to understand that asking every questions is too too time consuming and counter productive.

Advice to Senior ManagementAccenture came in and really dealt a blow to the organization. Re-organization was ill-conceived. Nothing seems to work. Cuts made have left the org. out of whack.

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
