I love the benefits and the work environment. MTV Networks is very family oriented. I've only been here a year and I love the department I'm in.
Cons
As of right now, I can't find any downsides of working at MTV, overall everything seems cool.
Advice to Senior Management
Since I'm on the admin side, I've heard issues but I don't have any feedback.
