Approves of CEO

Pros

MTV Networks has a great culture. Everyone who is there wants to go to work every day. They make your experience extremely enjoyable.

Cons

The organization is so large that it is merely impossible to get a taste of it all. Also, the candidate application process can be more effective shortened.

Advice to Management

I think that MTV Networks is doing well. It is a great place to work! One area for improvement would be to look more into the recruitment process and to make it more efficient.

    No opinion of CEO

    Pros

Great benefits; tuition reimbursement; paid vacations; casual dress; flexible hours; fun work environment; "cool place to work;" interesting projects to work on.

    Cons

Little to no opportunity for advancement; low pay; too much nepotism; outside job applicants are treated better than those trying to move up internally.y people next to nothing to work hard.

    Advice to Management

Take better care of those who have devoted themselves to the company. Provide more opportunities for advancement. Hold senior management more accountable to their treatment of junior staff.
