    Pros

Excellent work environment, friendly people, room for growth and not cut-throat at all. Executives are always up to listen to improvements or suggestions

    Cons

Location, times square is expensive to eat and drink after work and busy and always packed with tourists, no where to park.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

There should be more inter-office out of work extra curricular events to boost morale, please stop hiring freeze you are a youthful company keep it that way
