“Lots of Changes”
I have been working at MVP Health Care full-time for more than 7 years
Pros – Great people to work with.
Cons – Lots of reorganizing, surprise layoffs, and early retirements.
Advice to Senior Management – Need more flexibility and creativity with positions - should offer more job sharing or parttime positions.
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company
