    Pros

Very accommodating of scheduling and other commitments. Very friendly employers and management. You will get a good tan and usually have fun doing the work.

    Cons

Long days, sometimes customers aren't as nice as they could be. Really though, most things in this job are pros and not cons.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Keep doing what you're doing, maybe raise prices a little for the customers, they are getting a service that they can't do themselves and lots of gas is consumed.

I worked at MWH full-time (more than 5 years)

    Pros

Great opportunities and exciting work for technical (engineering) staff.

    Cons

For non-technical staff, there are limited growth opportunities. Work/life balance can be hard to achieve in this industry, as there is a lot of pressure and to complete jobs faster, better and cheaper than the competition.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Improve noted problems with work/life balance and workplace culture that negatively affects employee retention
