ProsGreat benefits, and they're not overly critical of someone with a possibly questionable background when they're looking to hire someone.

ConsThey need to value their "little guys" a little bit more than they do. And pay them as such. Too many chiefs and not enough Indians.

Advice to Senior ManagementPay your employees their worth, and let us know when we do something good. Not just when we mess up.
