I have been working at Macquarie University full-time for more than 3 years

Pros – Environment, people and Location of the university.

Cons – Poor style of Management. Lack of training opportunities.

Advice to Senior Management – As an educational sector should not think about business and money all the time.

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company
