Macy's East – “would only work there as part of the visual team”

Pros

I worked as part of the visual team and I really enjoyed being able to express my creativity and the people within the team were great to work with and inspiring.

Cons

low pay, little room for growth withing a visual position. There are several associates and managers that aren't willing to do their job. Poor attitudes and lack of training.

Advice to Senior Management

ensure than all employees know what is included in their job so that everything gets completed instead of passed around from person to person.
