Amazing staff and hardworking management drive morale. Need more hours? Just ask, as long as you are a consistent performer management will fight HR for you tooth and nail.

Cons

Older group of seasoned sales floor people. ALL department understaffed, at times leaving you juggling many plates. Changing sales daily, ok if you worked morning shift and was brief in the AM meeting, not so great if it's 4pm, the store is full and unless you still read the newspaper you will not know there's going to be a barage of coupons with restrictions to process.

Advice to Senior Management

Hire younger professionals to breathe life into the sales floor. Brief evening employees about any changes and sales.
