I have been working at Macy's full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Discounts, keeping up with the new styles and finding deals early.

    Cons

Sales Goals, working on holidays, working until an hour or more after the mall closes

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Get rid of the sales goals, it only causes problems. Close early on holidays so your workers can enjoy them with their families. If you are going to keep the sales goals then have assoicates whose only job is to put clothes away.

I have been working at Macy's part-time for more than a year

    Pros

    Good experience with fashion
Don't have to deal with crabby customers
Co-workers are easy to get along with
    Paid every Friday

    Cons

HOURS are non-existent! If you're not fulltime (which is hard to come by) you can expect to work 15 hours or LESS a week at a time.
Management try to make you feel better about the hours when they are the ones who enforce it! Also you only work 7 hour shifts which barely give you time to finish everything.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Support associates have the hardest job, pay them more or at least give them more hours!
