I have been working at Macy's part-time for more than a year

Pros: You get the insider knowledge of sales and an employee… Cons: Ridiculously HIGH sales goals. Too much pressure to open Macy's… Advice to Senior Management: Less pressure on opening charge accounts as well as sales goals. I realize that these numbers come from averages… Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend More
