Overall it was good, liked the people I worked with, but there was too much pressure to sell their department store card

    I worked at Macy's part-time (less than a year)

    Pros

I really liked their online scheduling system. They really worked with me when it came to my law school schedule and exams.

    Cons

During the holiday there are very long hours, but that can be expected. I was thrown in on the first day and only had someone working with me for an hour and then had to work by myself for 6 more hours. When i tried to ask for help from managers they came over annoyed that I was asking so many questions.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Don't schedule interviews with people and then tell them that you don't have any jobs available after you've already gone through the interview. If you don't want to hire the person just tell them that you'll be in touch.
