    Pros

Friends and Family Employee discount is nice.

    Cons

Management is lazy, blames employees for their mistakes. MSP is a joke, doesn't work at all, management also blames that on employees. You could be rude, sexually harass customers, "forget" to ring up an item and still give it to a customer, but it's all over looked as long as you open credit accounts.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Get out of your "clump" that you form in the office together and get out on the floor and actually manage your staff. Show actual leadership once in awhile. Your office shouldn't look like a tornado went through it. Then you wouldn't miss handing out vital information to your staff. Inform your staff of new things that are going on in the store, don't assume we know everything, we don't, and when a customer comes up asking a question about something we were not informed about by you, don't blame us for it.
