    On call means it is difficult to plan weeks ahead
    Inconsistent work ethic among co-workers with little oversight from mgmt

    Make sure each employee has clear vision of what is required and proper training
    Make sure each employee has proper tools to do their job including fixtures, scanners, etc.
    Consider hiring less on-call people and make an investment in long-term employees via salaries, benefits, training, etc.
