Mangers generally have no clue what to do, it seems some of them are learning as they go.

    Pros

    interacting with customers and meeting interesting people from different cultures. building relationships with coworkers

    Cons

    low pay, too many requirements. no incentives. employees are overworked and stressed out and upper level management could careless. discount of 20% is a scam. must have a Macys card in order to get discount and the card has a 26% APR. total rip off

    increase the pay for employees if you expect them to do so much work

    This is an awful place for employment. Management is very poor and the majority of employees are very unhappy.

    Great customers and nice atmosphere.

    Cons

    Extremely poor management in this store. Employees are treated unfairly and most are very unhappy with there store management. This would be a great place to work if they actually cared about the employees and there employees welfair.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Pay more attention to your employees concerns and less on your own needs. I understand management is a lot of work, but your employees needs and questions should come first, So better to serve the stores customers.
