    Pros

    Many great loyal customers. Flexible schedule

    Cons

    They will hire anyone. Employees constantly fired because of theft. Many associates are bullies and physically push new hires away from the register to steal the sale. Management does not care. New hires constantly quitting because they cannot stand the hostile environment. Management does not care.
    People constantly running in the door and stealing as much as they can carry before they run out the door.
