    Very Dysfunctional, Talkers get promoted over Workers. Contractors over employees in choice work.

    Pros

    Work/Life balance, Summer Fridays, employee discount

    Cons

    They love young, confident talkers over quiet, humble workers. The talkers will get promoted fast while the real workers will get neglected.
    Employee morale is low since contractors have the power to choose work while employees ended doing production support.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Get feedback from all the workers on who's doing the actual work. Give preference to employees over contractors in selection of work.
