    Pros

Always enjoyed my coworkers. They were the best part of the job. The job duties itself were fun.

    Cons

The managers can be robotic (uncaring). They get so wrapped up in numbers and credit they forget their employees. They show support and emotion, sure, but not in a genuine way. Its more like an obligation.
