    The Worst

    Immature and unprofessional behavior from management

    I worked at Macy's part-time for less than a year


    Pros: Employee discount......only shop when there is a sale....otherwise the prices… Cons: I worked for a short time (10 months) in Macys East Quakerbridge Mall NJ, and found the environment equivalent to being in an elementary school.… Advice to Senior Management: Get rid of 1/2 of your useless management force and start training your remaining managers to be efficient, consistent, and organized with the staff that… No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company… More
