Macy's – “A family-like environment.”

Pros

It's the best place if your looking for growth and opp. They are definitly looking to hire within whenever possible. Most people I worked with had worked there 20+ years and still loved it.

Cons

I really didn't have any complaints. It was a good environment, with a lot expected from you. So you either showed for business and to work, or you were one of the people that really didn't like your job.

Advice to Senior Management

I think there needs to be more micro manag. going on. The Senior associates really didn't know the sales managers and how they were off the wagon a lot.
