Advice to Senior Management

Like the Roman Empire, Macy's has become possibly too large to survive. National company now, leading to all decisions based on the dollar, not company morale. More and more perks/bonuses are taken away every quarter from employees. Mostly all you get is a paycheck, and hopefully some personal satisfaction. Not a horrible place to work, just could be much better if workers concerns were actually listened to and maybe taken into consideration. Could be a great place to work if someone would loosen the purse strings, give the store money to have events or celebrations once in a while.
