Current Employee – been working at Macy's

Pros – Different methods of receiving paycheck- it can be direct deposit, a check or placed on a card.
Employee discounts on merchandise
At least you have a job

Cons – No appreciation for the hard work of associates
You have to keep on top of your breaks
Poor communication between human resources and staff.
The employee locker room is a horrow. There is no break room or anything to make things a little nicer for the employees.

Advice to Senior Management – Recogonize how heard employees work and show some appreciation esp since the pay is so low. The focus needs to be treating employees with respect and then it will naturally be shown to the customers. Bottom line no one cares--that is why Macy's is losing money.
