    Pros

Fun Department as far as staff, had a great manager.
Cool store manager, very enthusiastic. ( Manager made it a priority to know everyone's name. . . & remembered it.)
Overall the store was a good store. *** It really just depends on management & location.
    Discounts, giveaways, & sales.

    Cons

They promise you time off 3 weeks in advance, but that doesn't always work out.
Schedule as far as working your availability. It starts off flexible, but it wont stay that way.
RETAIL IS MONEY. At then end of the day, money is on their minds, not your sanity.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Basic rules to life, in any management situation.
Respect, generosity, kindness, & honesty. Treat everyone they way you would like to be treated. Shouldn't matter what your job title is. People remember the smallest things, and the smallest things generally make the biggest impact.
