I have been working at Maddox Thomson & Associates

Pros – The location is okay
Overtime is paid during tax season
Lunch brought in during tax season

Cons – Expected to work a minimum number of hours overtime, subject to change weekly
Heavy politics and favoritism from the partners all the way down to lower management
Seems to be a revolving door at the front of that office
Old building - garage floods, elevators break frequently, so you're taking the stairs unless you are a partner/favorite
A few incidents involving office bullying
Don't expect to leave or have much choice in the meal selection on those "free lunches"
You don't get to participate in certain priviledged activities unless you're a favorite
