Pros

People are nice and the time goes fairly quickly; decent benefits

Cons

Not and extremely professional environment; low pay, they actually have people "clock" in. This is 2009! Most people there are smart, educated people...clocking in is insulting.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Be more available and consider a dress code.

    Pros

    Mindless work
    Good Location
    Thats about it.....

    Cons

    Very Low Pay
    Terrible Schedules
    Gets very redundant and robotic fast

    90% of your calls are people trying to reach magazine publishers direct and call this company by mistake and people wanting to be refunded for being "auto charged" for magazine renewal.

    This place has some nerve banning cell phones at your desk, but they dont mind you browsing Facebook. They will actually fire someone for just looking at your cell phone. Most reps do it anyways and rarely get caught, but this place is full of snitches so be careful.

    There is absolutely no future with this company! Zero!

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Treat employees like people and not expendable rodents/Theres only 2-3 max that give a heck about the Free Bacon Tuesday, so just let it go.
