Current Employee – been working at Magellan Health

Pros – But low pay of an insurance company. Mission-driven company is nice (people care about this), but the quality of the professionals is a bit lacking overall (probably because of the stingy pay). My experience is that they don't reward good work with promotions in all departments, despite the CEO saying this is his philosophy. Cons are usually outweighed by the unrivaled Paid Time Off that everyone actually uses.
