Pros – One of the best reasons is the opportunity to become a team lead or manager.

Cons – High turnover, low morale. Firms continually try to reward by low budget luncheons or non financial rewards. Bottom line is, money talks.

Advice to Senior Management – The same advice to all firms that use call centers: radically rethink the call center model to address turnover.
