    I worked at Magellan Health

    Pros

One of the best reasons is the opportunity to become a team lead or manager.

    Cons

High turnover, low morale. Firms continually try to reward by low budget luncheons or non financial rewards. Bottom line is, money talks.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

The same advice to all firms that use call centers: radically rethink the call center model to address turnover.
