I have been working at Magnum Semiconductor

Pros

With some key new people there is a calming sense of direction and stability which hasn't been seen for some time. R&D is still going forward at a million miles per hour but each small success is celebrated.

Cons

The dissemination of information sometimes needs to be repeated as new teams and new people are brought up to speed on the current projects. Some processes can be streamlined better.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Keep on hiring great people and they'll attract more great people.
