I worked at Mahindra Satyam full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Only Campus environments are good to work at.

    Cons

Lack of Transparency, even at very granular level

    Advice to Management

~ Create transparency at team level about the objectives and goals of the project, and the disclosure of course of action when critical escalations are obtained. ~ Provide intensive technical trainings to functional resources, which is absent. Attention is alwayz paid to provide functional trainings to technical resources, then why does it recruit MBAs?
