I have been working at Mahindra Satyam

Pros – Open envirnonment to work in.Good support from Managers . Employee's are treated with respect and given chance to prove his abilities.

Cons – Not very professional at times in getting new project or building relations with existing clients.
Structure and role in projects are not clear at times.

Advice to Senior Management – nothing
