Pros – * Typical Indian IT company with long term maintenece support projects
* stable
Cons – * Not much inot R&D stuff. typical service one.
* Manager biased.
* Not much challenging work
Advice to Senior Management – * Listen to the employees.
* Think ot of the well.
* Don't get too much comfy.
* give Employees the credit.
