Fun work environment, poor management

Pros-Great work hard, play hard environment
-Decent pay, and benefits
-Tons of Spiffs including gift cards, trips, restaurants, etc.
-Great product offering

Cons-Poor management in the NYC office
-Long hours, expected to make over 100 calls a day
-Do a poor job of coaching and developing their employees
-Micromanage employees
-repetitive training that have little impact on results

Advice to Senior ManagementDo more to develop your employees. Hold management more accountable for results. Foster more open communication between employees and management. Focus more on quality of calls as opposed to quantity.
