Pros – As a great opportunity to explore the Resort Industry, As Marketing is my passion this company is growing with different ventures like Aranya retreat into 40 acres of land as well stretching its roots in Konkan, and in all parts of Maharashtra, Gujarat, Ahmadabad, Baroda.
Cons – Poor management , and traditional way to work, seniors incompetent to deal issues internal as well related to market. poor study of yearly reports n lac of experience in overall market study/strategy.
Advice to Senior Management – To get the best people on the desk, To study the strategy of the competitors , Proper market survey is necessary, need to improve the packages of the employees, get experience people from the market. make use of the new tech...
