Amazing and classy pro sport organization.

ProsThe ability to work with a professional sports team with enormous potential is incredible. The perks are enormous as you are encouraged to show your support for the team on game days and throughout the week.

Cons--salaries are low (but truly all salaries in pro sports are lower than one might expect)
--a lot of the business has to do with how the team does performance-wise so things can fluctuate from year to year

Advice to Senior Management--accessibility to the players could really get fans more into the games and cheer for their favorite players (basically to help fan retention)

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend
